Certified Tutor

I graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Lehigh University with a BA in English (May 2012) and an MA in English (May 2013). During college I was part of a peer tutoring program for four years that focused specifically on writing across a variety of disciplines, and I've worked with students of all skill levels and backgrounds to improve the structure, organization, and efficiency of their writing. I'm currently an Editorial Assistant at a publishing house where I work with children's books. As you can see from my background, reading and writing are my passions both professionally and personally. I love sharing that passion in a way that meaningfully impacts the lives of others. More specifically, I am a huge proponent of the importance of communication, a skill that is essential in educational and professional development. I tutor in English, Literature, and writing. In my spare time, I enjoy reading (mostly young adult literature!), browsing bookstores and libraries, playing the piano, enjoying the outdoors, and watching as many sci-fi and action/adventure movies as I can get my hands on!
