Certified Tutor
I am a certified secondary teacher who works in Seattle Public Schools. My specialties are Language Arts and English Language Learners (ESL), and I am proficient in all subjects of the SAT, ACT, and GRE. When I was in high school, I earned a National Merit Scholarship. I have been tutoring adults since I was an undergraduate, and I have also tutored older elementary school students, middle school students, and high school students. Most of my students are aiming for scores that will help them get into highly selective universities. Some of my students also have ADHD, autism, or communication disorders. All of my students expect to work very hard in order to achieve their goals.
In my free time, I like to watch foreign and independent films, sample new restaurants, and discuss politics with my friends. I love Seattle and expect to stay here for a long time!
