I am extremely patient and will make sure the student I'm working with truly understands what we're working on. The great thing about tutoring one on one is being able to go at each student's pace and work with their unique learning styles. I'm personally very visual and need to draw a picture to figure out a problem. I enjoy learning about the student's interests and incorporating them into the lesson to make it more fun and interesting. I've been working in education for about 5 years. I taught preschool and 4th grade and have tutored ages 4 to 18. My favorite subject is Math, but I enjoy working with all subjects.
