I am an undergraduate senior at University of Northern Colorado with a major in English Liberal Arts and a double minor in Japanese and Asian Studies. As such, my tutoring subjects reflect this and focus primarily on English and Japanese studies. My favorite subject to tutor is Japanese because it benefits both the student and the teacher to practice foreign language skills. I am best at tutoring students closer to adulthood as it feels more comfortable and relaxing to speak colloquially. This creates for a more personalized learning experience that can be incorporated into ones life rather than a formal setting doomed to be relegated as useless extra schoolwork.
When I have free time, I enjoy staying fit with figure skating and cross fit. I also enjoy homely activities like reading, cooking, and crafting.
